About Us

SKP Investimentos LTDA is a Family Office established in 2011, in São Paulo, whose focus is on creating and protecting long-term value.

Our investments include Strategic Assets, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Asset Management and, as signatory of PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment), our approach is to focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) responsibility.

Following the ESG philosophy, SKP has the CARBON FREE certificate, representing the carbon offset of its activities and team. The carbon offset occurs through the recomposing of Mata Atlantica in partnership with Iniciativa Verde.

The SKP team comes from major financial institutions and multinational corporations. SKP Investimentos LTDA does not act as investment manager of Brazilian assets in the local market.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Alexandre Pinelli as Partner and Co-CEO of SKP Investimentos, effective September 1, 2025.

Pinelli brings over 30 years of experience in the financial markets, both locally and internationally,  having held senior roles at leading wealth management institutions such as Itaú, Citibank, UBS, and Morgan Stanley. Throughout his distinguished career, Pinelli and the teams under his leadership stood out for delivering excellent wealth management solutions tailored to client needs and objectives, earning their trust and fostering long term engagement.

In addition to his financial market expertise, Pinelli has extensive experience as a lecturer. For more than five years, he contributed to Insper’s Family Business Platform, where he served as coordinator and faculty member in the institution’s Family Office programs. Pinelli’s arrival marks an important step in SKP’s ongoing evolution and growth. We are strengthening our team and expanding our capabilities so that we can continue to exceed our clients’ needs while staying true to our core principles of long-term value creation and investment practices guided by environmental, social, and governance responsibility.
